Given that, realistically, Citeh's "millions will mean that, ultimately, they will be successful this last hurrah ot their total inemptitude is a very, very welcome moment.
so ... here goes ... HURRAH !!
Meanwhile I utterly loved this afternoons's Radio Citeh phone-in as the suicide squad got into full flow. It's a real shame they are bankrolled or they'd be real options for the drop this season.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

OK, we just Lost to Sunderland & the wheels are working loose again. So, how to seek consolation ??
Well, Citeh have just lost ... at home ... 3-0 ... to Notts Forest, currently 21st in the Second Division. I have an idea ... turn on Radio Manchester.
I've just had over an hour of the most enjoyable thing I could do with my ears which doesn't involve blues music ... aural sex I shall call it. Call after call after call from near suicidal members of the Massive. Each one more desperate than the last. Can't see Hughes (who, actually I like & think is too good for that shower) surviving this one.

I'd be surprised if it matters who the manager isFD wrote:If they sack Hughes, it needs to be this weekend otherwise the new manager (when they've chosen him) won't have enough time to use their millions to bring in who they want. I don't think Hughes will go personally, I think he's there for the season at least.
City is a rich mans toy
Can't believe they give their money to the likes of Hughes to spend
It'll be 'here, we've bought you a player....now go use him'

as proven by the fact they brought in robinho the very day it was announced they planned to buy the club (don't think they'd even formally completed the acquisition at that stage)
highly unlikely to believe they'd had any kind of conflab with hughes before they sorted out his signing
