It's some distance between Bolton and St Albans for two days of training and a match, anyway. If I was a coach in the vicinity, though, it'd be a different story.

Bumpedy Bump!

After taking into account Burkino Faso's comment about the video not showing enough of his 'skills', I've made a totally new version. New videos, new music, the whole shebang. I had to route through some oooold footage to find anything half decent but it's turned out ok. The video isn't as well edited as the last and it's been put together quite quickly but there's some decent stuff in there. There's also an outtakes bit at the end (so you can see how bad we truly are) ;)

p.s. it's on facebook because youtube has this new copyright thing with songs, so there'd be no music were it on there.

My 'skills' are passing, sprinting, heading and shooting you know the footbally stuff all of which you have mainly failed to include bar a couple of bits and also most of the outtakes are you so we can truly see how bad YOU are!!

Great vids again. What programmes do you use to edit them? Got loads of similar ones of me and mates playing cricket that I've tried putting together like that but never been able to do it. (I'm a bit of a computer spazz you see)

Wonder whats the point in tricks if you've got super Kev breathing down your neck. I'm afraid we'll have to amputate sir.

for those two videos I just used Windows Movie Maker. Although they had some software on offer on amazon a while back called Director Pro or something similar. I bought it but haven't used it yet because it has no damn instructions!!!

Also, get a cricket video done! I'd be intrigued to see it, or if you want I'd give it a go if you could send me the clips.

Yes, but make sure it's proper cricket. Not this slogging nonsense that the kids seem to want these days.

An hour or so of good quality forward-defensives. Front foot forward, bat and pad close together.

That's what we want.

Well, being left handed and growing up watching Trescothick, I'm pretty partial to the 'play inside the line'. You tend to look less stupid if you get bowled that way
