IDIOT

Post by Enzo Gambaro » Fri Mar 06, 2009 3:54 pm

This is quite old news now, but I don't think it's been posted before from what I can see. (If I'm wrong, feel free to delete). Just wanted to draw attention to this moron and the fact that there is ultimately justice in the world....

I'm surprised that no-one's done the ol' 'Cupid Stunt' thing with this...

Odd one -
Firstly " ...he streaked, dressed as Cupid". Being dressed as something doesn't fit my definition of streaking.

Secondly - he was banned because he had " ... threatened the safety of the whole crowd". Blimey ... if 'streaking' can endanger several thousand Blackburnians he must be a bloody funny shape.

Thirdly - " ... if he think that impresses me he must be more stupid than he looks !!". Not much daylight there lad. I'd give it up.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

Well, I'm glad you brought this fella up, Tango. Surely there are degrees of intent in terms of pitch-invaders. Flipperman entertained the entire ground for a minute or so. Brum were going down and he was clearly trying to do nothing more than have a bit of fun. Whereas, on the other hand there was that enormous mess that crawled out of the ManU end, bearing its substantial arse cheeks at the East Stand before walking towards the centre circle in a rather unnerving manner the other week. Are the two of them both really guilty of the same offence? I'm not so sure that they are.
It really does make it all the more laughable when the authorites say that yon cupid's actions threatened the crowd. Oh right, with a dozen red roses? What was he going to do? Raise the pollen count? :conf:

Sure as hell entertained me (as did the whol;e of the Brum crowd. They got the cheers they deserved and were a credit to their club. Brilliant to see our lot give them great applause at the end. Some lessons there perhaps? )

There was quite a good write-up of the game from a Brum fan - said nice things about us - http://www.joysandsorrows.co.uk/archive ... ph&paged=9
