There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

FinOZ, for me it goes

First call, Alves kicks Malouda, then (crucially, according to the laws, after the ref has played advantage) tugs Malouda down in the box (they are specific seperate offences according to the laws) therefore second fould counts, and.....penalty. Second one...the drogba one on one, myself, I'd have given it, I can see how it's soft, but even diving prick that he is, I cant see why he'd go down there, and there is contact. If you gave me two players and I didn't know one was Drogba, I'd give a pen, and therefore red card to Abidal. The actual Abidal red is harsh. Defo. Replays suggest Anelka just fell over. The Pique handball is a ten million percent handball. And the other one i disagree with you is the 98th minute (or whatever) handball. I would ask you if you've seen it since?( I ask coz when I saw it I thought it was iffy, but since I think it's stonewall) The laws SPECIFICALLY state handball must be deliberate, however, lets be honest, it never is? We define handball now by having you hands in stupid places. If the Piqué one is handball, the Eto'o one is. Watch again how ludicrously high above his head Eto'o's hands are.

I think most people think the ref had a mare. Whether that's a reason to crucify him is something im less sure off, what with our wealth of top class, non abused robot refferees.

Most of all, it's still fantastically funny. I think most of my recent posts have gone this way, but, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA............

Brilliantly interesting link, and very true. As for Woy, I adore the man, to hear someone who for me is unquestionably the greatest and most criminally underrated English manager managing today
...which leads me on to the first topic on this other Word thread

Drogba banned for four matches:

And Ovrebo's punishment? Being yelled at by Drogba apparently.

He's also a slaphead.

And a bug-eyed tit. Things that worked in favour of Collina, oddly. Guess it's how you pull it off.
