I've been listening to Kruder and Dorfmeister, Clubroot, Moderat and Django Reinhardt. Not a proper band amongst them.

All washed down with a glass of Co-op Beaujolais.

Claret? That'll be from Bordeaux, not Beaujolais. Not even the same grape type.

To my great shame, Sonic Youth had largely passed me by over the years. Saw them on Jools Holland and bought The Eternal on the strength of that. Am now working my way through the back catalogue and every CD has been excellent. My new favourite band, albeit about 25 years too late.
