Really?

I'd predict Collingwood to make about 13, probably getting out by slicing to second slip.

But time will tell as to who's right.

and I'm revising my prediction to say Bell won't get 150 either! ;-)

376 all out. It's a test match. Cometh the hour cometh the man; today Flintoff and Broad.(was Fred given out on a no-ball?) Careless shot he could have left alone, but a great knock nevertheless. What a shame about that missing day. Good team effort.

Aye - good efforts by Fred and Broad. I'm starting to think Broad is in for his batting.

Shame about the rain, but could be in for an interesting hour if the light holds.

Well, you got your interesting hour Worthy. One more wicket would have been nice but it was shutters up for the Aussies. Tomorrow could be even more interesting.

In effect, 48-4. After lunch till about seven to get them out and rattle up enough to win. Got to shift em without them scoring many. We can do it. (I think)

Could be wrong, but I'd put money on a draw right now.

One partnership is all t'Aussies need and its game over!

Aye, looking like they're going to do to us what we did to them in the first test. Still hope, but fading.

They still have enough time to bowl us out yet.

Yesterday was a great day of exciting cricket.

Today I've nearly fallen asleep five times.

Cricket eh?

No doubt people will say that the rain robbed England in this one, but I believe the opposite is true. Had we been coming back tomorrow England would have to finish Aus off and then chase somewhere near 300. Brilliant batting from them today, and some horrible one dimensional bowling from Mr Broad and Mr Flintoff and one dimensional captaincy from Strauss. Never mind - with the Oval being the bowler's graveyard that it is, it seems to be all on the Headingly test. Roll on Friday!
