F.A. Cup action at Chorley this Saturday!!!!!!!

Post by Chorley_Magpie » Fri Sep 25, 2009 10:16 pm

If you are not going to Birmingham this Saturday to watch the Wanderers, then why not come along to Chorley's Victory Park where the Magpies will play host to Ashton United in the second qualifying round of the F.A. Cup?

It promises to be an exciting and keenly contested affair with both clubs desperate to reach the next round and secure the £4,500 prize money. Chorley face a tough challenge against a team from a higher league, but the F.A. Cup is all about surprises and upsets, and Chorley believe they can win this one!!

So come along and enjoy a high-quality non-league clash, as well as a few beers in the social club.

It is 'all-pay' on the gate for the F.A. Cup - adults £7.00, children and concessions £3.50, and kick-off time is 3.00pm.

Come along and support local non-league football, you'll be impressed by the quality and entertainment value - a great day out for the whole family!!!!

Their Manager Danny Johnson was my manager at Trafford a few years back. Pretty detestable bloke if I'm honest
