I edited to avoid one - apologies i left one in...Bruno wrote:No spoilers pleaseWilliam the White wrote:My favourite character too... And he continues all the way to the end... enjoy...Bruno wrote:Red Riding was on Sky last week, and I taped the whole lot so have that to watch at some point.
Just finished s2 of the Wire - not enough Omar but still absolutely superb stuff, picked up s3 for £8.99 so have to start that soon.![]()
I really enjoyed s1, and s2 was a definite improvement and so I can't wait for s3, though I lost some respect for Stringer when I found out he was called Russell.....not quite as menacing.
don't you just love the business management course he's taking though? Had me pissing myself...

Just watched part 2 of Mesrine, L'ennemi public n°1.
a little darker and more invovled than the gun blasting L'instinct de mort, but just as brilliant.
Honestly two of the most incredible films ive ever seen! the most violent also! (there is a scene where he has a little scuffle with a reporter in a cave, cant believe they would allow it past any sensors in the uk! brutal.)
Vincent Cassel's acting is superb, he should have an oscar for each! - and just the way its shot, the story, the tension and the most gripping end sequence i can remember in any film ever.
pure fookin gold!
