now I am cross about the invasion on my radio of dwarves on horses... enough already!

Cross? You've made me downright angry!

Back to the issue in hand, we've a boss who thinks foolproof is spelled fullproof.

I knew someone was irked by the "-gate" suffix - I'd just forgotten who! 8)

I don't even understand what "Throwing the telly out of the pram" is supposed to mean.

It's good, though. I may use it.

It's 'throwing your toys out of the pram' like ' spitting your dummy out'

Ah, yes, I see.

I was thinking of "throwing the baby out with the bathwater" but couldn't follow how he'd arrived at telly's and prams...

cos now it is considered normal for all 5yr olds to have TVs in their bedrooms - the next obvious step is prams with onboard TV/DVD/Broadband connectivity - haven't you been in mothercare recently? TVs are the pram-toys of the 21st Century...

I can take not getting my bonus last year, or a pay rise for the last two years because of the ongoing economic situation.

Until I find out other people in another department have had consecutive pay rises.

I AM F*CKING ANNOYED!!!!!!!!

Especially as I turned down the opportunity to move to a better paid job 2 weeks ago.

People who say 'pacifically' instead of 'specifically'

We have a woman at work who says 'supposably' instead of 'supposedly'....she's lucky she's got a good rack, otherwise she'd never have got a job anywhere.

You need the services of an HR Consultant !!

I know one.

Nowt wrong with Paddy's day. It's an excuse to go get fooked. Obviously excuses aren't needed, but it's nice to have one. It's our football AGM tonight, £1200 behind the bar. Yes please. Having just got relegated (which I'm angry about) if I can remember my own name tonight, I'll be dissapointed.

So's Tuesday. But I'm not prepared to make excuses for it if everything's gonna be covered in green and every annoying cockend in the area are going to be staggering all over the place doing infinite renditions of their borderline racist "Ah, you will, you will, you will, top o' the morning to ya!" catchphrase, not realising that it was annoying when they were sober, never mind after the 13,000th repeat when it's interrupted by a chunder.

I'll be passed out in a corner by about 10 anyway. Free bar+ relegation is dangerous.
