The tree-hugging, guardian-reading Le Saux, object of fantasy for witty Scouser landlord Robbie Fowler?

Nice work, Graeme...

In recent years I've been to Chester Zoo, Knowsley Safari Park and several motorway services. I've never entered into any transaction without being fully aware as to what it is that I'm getting in return for what it is that I'm shelling out. I'm puzzled as to how I've been "ripped-off" here. :conf:

Aye, but they are all sh*te and generally full of scrotes. I think that was Tango's point. Maybe he saw you there?

Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Really. And where does he make those points? Go On. Maybe you're just being a dick? Maybe you cook frozen chips in the Jungle Jim Cafeteria? See that spotty c*nt putting cheese slices on the burgers? That's your Michelin starred Lord Kangana, that is!

Step away from the Whiskey bottle. Relax. Its just motorway services, they can look after themselves.

Only one person around here that seems to be talking shit from what I can see. Maybe you've picked up a 13% Portuguese number. Sorry for the recommend!

He actually didn't. It's some time since Tango visited either, but when he did he found all of them as stated in his post. He also ended said post with a wink and had no intention of causing a verbal battle between forum members. He didn't think he needed to add IMO, because he was merely passing one. Peace in the valley gents.

Night all.

a night of high concept art awaits...

me and the missus (and daughter) are off to see...
Camp Horror
by The Heather Brothers

A murderous musical comedy

In a creepy old theatre, on a deserted island where no one can hear you scream, a bunch of high school kids rehearse their summer musical thriller.

But things are not going well. With a long night ahead, events take a freaky twist and real life starts to mirror the play. The van won’t start, the bridge has been washed away and as for their cell phones – the island is a DEAD ZONE.

They’re trapped – as the hooded killer strikes!

Don’t miss the premiere of the latest musical from the writers of the hit West End shows A Slice of Saturday Night and Lust.

Camp Horror has it all – 14 rocking songs, loads of laughs, barrel loads of blood, stacks of surprises and like all good thrillers, a killer twist.

The Octagon, Saturday evening 7.30pm to see The Hired Man. Tickets we've had for months.

That date and time rang a bell for some reason. Couldn't quite put my finger on it for a while but then I remembered an alternative scenario for Saturday evening.

One quick phone call later and The Hired Man is moved forwards a week and Saturday night is free again. Phew!

Just got back from The Lowry where we saw Derren Browns Enigma Show.

Wow! Just wow!

I've never seen an audience so spellbound. If you ever get an opportunity to see him do not hesitate.

Home.

Home, to sprawl.

Now.

Goodbye.

Clapton - did you get tickets for this by dint of what you'd seen him do before, approach it with an open mind, or turn up with your arms folded thinking - go on then, Clever Bollocks?

I got tickets when a friend invited us along and didn't know we were going until pretty much the last minute.

I've not seen a great deal of him previously tbh, but had seen one or two things including the one where the gorilla walked on stage totally unnoticed. My wife had seen much less than that and really had no idea what to expect.

I was looking forwards to a good evenings entertainment more than anything and I certainly got that. I know its all tricks and deceit rather than what he portrays it as and I spent half the night trying to see how he did what he did.

I think I only got close twice and in reality may have been nowhere near guessing his secrets. He's bloody good! A total showman, and it was among the very best evenings out at any venue that I have ever had
