This could be a regular slot, match day photo's home or away, I suppose the mods would have to over see them first, reading some of the comments on here i think the 'photo booth' could have 'risky' content put in.

I'm not 100% sure it would be entirely legal.... I may be wrong - DSB may be able to advise when he returns from his holibobs...

Ground regs is an interesting one? The old conditions of entry?CAPSLOCK wrote:A question
Are you allowed to claim copyright for something you have obtained in breach of the ground regs?
I can find nothing on the ticket, the official web site, in the programme or displayed on the ground in signage. [At Chelski they have large sighns with pictures of about 43 Items you can't take in, Cameras aren't on there ]
I took the camera in openly, through a search and used it approx 7 feet from a steward..
There's the usual old hoo haa about image rights.. and if these were commercial images or I was seeking to profit that would be fair enough...but they aren't and I'm not - you can't access them unless you go through the link on this thread they aren't freely available through my business site and I'm not seeking to profit from them.. there's no links to ordering or obtaining copies it's a viewable gallery which I thought might be of interest to those who weren't fortunate enough to be there and a record for me who only goes about three times a season.. and always takes pics.. [ only Aston Villa ever made an issue and deadly Doug later apologised.. incidemtally we lost 1-0 and Dublin scored a shit goal from a yard and it pissed down..and we had to clear 4 pints of rainwater off our seats before we could sit down.. it wasn't a great day out! ]
Copyright is an entirely different though not unconnected issue and rests with and belongs to the creator.. In some circumstances the creator assigns copyright to others, photo agencies etc or in many cases gives it up entirely , newspapers and magazines where the publisher holds all rights over images created by an employee.. These are my holiday snaps..
In this case the copyright statements are to discourage printing and distribution elsewhere.. but in short I took em so I can claim and assert copyright..
Incidentally I didn't embed them in a thread as that would result in TW hosting them.. They are on my site on my server, my liability..
Not sure you actually wanted or care about the answer.. but there you have it..

Yep, the copyright question is as simple as that.norm the jedi wrote: Copyright is an entirely different though not unconnected issue and rests with and belongs to the creator..
