He's been his usual charming self, good to see we have a manager with a bit of charisma and not unhappy to point out our faults
Are you basing your analysis on MOTD highlights again?
We DID play on the deck yesterday. Arsenal do it better. We played some long balls yesterday too (so did Arsenal). This is a team in transition from the days of Megson. He bought most of the players yesterday but couldn't get them to perform.
We've played three London teams so far and had a magnificent comeback against Birmingham. We've got 5 points from 4 games and a not insurmountable goal deficit. Yesterday for the first half we matched Arsenal more or less chance for chance. We all kno w what happened in the second half.
Now give it a rest because your opinion (although you're perfectly entitled to express it) is f*cking boring.
You should be experienced by now and know your stuff.
You clearly dont (just my opinion). Everyone plays it on the deck its football for christ sake, you show me anything procuctive we did yesterday when we played it on the deck, Coyle is blaming our defence ( how the feck did we score our goal)? fecking brilliant defending that! now that was a proper error, didnt see any of our boys do that shit! Did he say against West ham o we scored from there defending! o wait they actually scored for US! What about Brum, they are 2 0 up and they give a stupid penalty away in a non dangerous situation! they my friends are all awful defensive mistakes, our defence is under that much pressure everygame they cant keep everything out they will get breached.
Non football related again, its tiresome, please Caps, even BoltonBoris please talk to me about football, slag my opinions of to feck but please football. Just Football!jaffka wrote:Sir Nut we have established that SKD has been knocking your g/f off, however your dislike of OC leads me to believe that you caught them both spit roasting her.

With somebody who does nothing but slate the manager, his methods and constantly calls one of our hardest working players a blob and a stump, that's a bit of a task. When people tell you you're talking a load of balls you say "Let's try and keep it football related". Okay, let's.Sir Nut wrote: Lets try and keep it football related eh guys!

Hardest working players? i never called Elmander a Blob. I also state alot of positives. Muamba, Lee, Cahill, Mark Davies, Elmander ect ect When Coyle does something positive ill praise him, i shouldnt be taking it out on Davies because its the way Coyle is using which is pathetic!TANGODANCER wrote:With somebody who does nothing but slate the manager, his methods and constantly calls one of our hardest working players a blob and a stump, that's a bit of a task. Thats were your problems start matey no one knows very much about Mavies seeing no one has actually seen very much of the guy in a wanderers shirt! If he was so bloody good why does he not start then? Your really quick judging Coyle after 10 mins in charge yet you've seen Mavies for about 20 seconds and you know best?Sir Nut wrote:Hardest working players? i never called Elmander a Blob. You spoil some half decent thoughts with your hatred of anything non Megson and your hatred of Big Kev. If you stuck to football matters then I reckon others might too!
He plays Taylor on the right wing, so why notboltonboris wrote:Mark Davies? Left Wing?CAPSLOCK wrote:Taylor, Blake, Mark Davies
Take yer pick, I'm really not fussed
And you question Coyle?
Mark Davies could comfortably play as one of the offensive three in the way Allardyce played it
He'd then become an extra body into the midfield
If we must play 4-4-2, play Gardner
This your new lodger CAPS? I know you always bat for the midfielders eleven but surely unless you know something we don't ie ITK Why do you assume Mavies is not another Riga etc.CAPSLOCK wrote:He plays Taylor on the right wing, so why notboltonboris wrote:Mark Davies? You've not quite got it, TKIZ. When we do it it's non football related and irrelevant. When Nut Job does it, it's non football related and irrelevant. Do you see the difference?TKIZ! wrote:Can we keep this football related please? About the best possible scenario I can visualise is a face-to-face meeting between you, Owen Coyle and Kevin Davies. You could take along copies of all your posts on here as an agenda file and put them both in their places. By the time you've sorted them out OC will resign and KD will take up crown green bowling. You will then become our new manager and Normid will buy the Reebok within twelve months. Yep, that should do it. Or alternatively Davies eats him? That'd be good...TANGODANCER wrote:About the best possible scenario I can visualise is a face-to-face meeting between you, Owen Coyle and Kevin Davies. OC is a very likeable person and manager
However, he is very tactically naive, I think we all expected to lose heavily at Arsenal but I was surprised at the team he put out yesterday we desperately needed another body in central midfield. I know its a work in progress and he needs time but for me we are playing no different to how we played under Megson.....slow in possession, no tempo, lack of midfield creativity and no pace upfront.
I agree he needs time to put his stamp on things but in all honesty he's now had 8 months and I can't see any sign yet of his so called football philosophy of pass and move....its still more like 'pass & hoof'.
Will it be December before we see either of the young Spanish lads he spent 'all' summer chasing....
