Think Bogdan had his wall set-up ok and would like to see a replay. Their two guys on the end of the wall just shoved our players out of the way from what I saw first time around.TANGODANCER wrote:Better, better, better. Good attempt all round. Truthfully, we were a bit unlucky not to take all three points. Ref let some really scything tackles go from Villa, Downing has got into a reall dirty xxxx and if Davies deserved ayellow, then fair enough, so did about four Villa defenders. Great point and a superb goal from Super Kev. Bogdan must have been a bit unsighted as, for me, Jussi would have got that one.
As for Sir Nut, I don't often use expressions like this (not done by admin you know) but you talk like a right fxxking half-wit. You have no clue as to what you're on about and are just a wind-up merchant. Do us all a favour and fxxk off.
Nails bitten to fecking stumps after this game. Should be interesting to watch on Football First tonight. Interesting to see according to the Beeb the foul count they had 16 to our 7. Who's the cloggers now?

No because we usually led and threw it away. Teams are battering us then scoring then they sit back for some unknown reason, especially when we have Davies on the pitch, Brum did it and Villa did it today. Awful management when we have no counter attacking players on the pitch apart from maybe Petrov. When teams play a high line we have no idea what to do, where best wehn teams score against us and then sit back.thebish wrote:'tis all over - a point not many of us were expecting...
and a shot load of chances and 2 denied penalties.... not our worst day out at Villa - better than when Meggo last took us there anyway...
that's twice we've come back to draw a game... we didn't used to do that either...

Not sure about that one Norm, I think he has a short memory. West Ham were the shittest team in the League when we beat them.norm the jedi wrote:Very nice point.. 1 more than I was expecting.. without Cahill .. At Villa ..
even though our resident football expert reckons they're worse than West Ham..?
and back from a goal down again.. something we barely did in the last three years..
now we're at it every week..
Happy day.. and Everton lost.. which is always a good start to the weekend..
If Sunderland break some cockerney wan-kers at tea time could be a perfect afternoon..

FT and a point away at Villa! Not too shabby.
Great goal from KD. Better from Petrov and CYL. Still not convinced about Holden, Mark Davies looked much more composed when he came on. Less ghastly mistakes from the defense but Robinson and Knight need to learn to judge the bounce better. They keep letting the ball go over their heads. Muamba his usual self. Bogdan is a jem. Some good play from Elmander but disappeared for large spurts and really should have put away that goal CYL put on a plate for him.
Lastly, so glad we were playing for a win.

Whatever happens in the final few minutes it's been a decent display.
But you can't say it, can you. Meanwhile you actively seek one of our players to get a suspension.
I wonder why you've been barred from other sites ?!?!
Unable to accept a decent act by a player you don't rate, or from players bought by the new manager.
... & YOU say "two more yellow cards" for Davies ... and apparently I'M a "numpty.
& then you, YOU of all people criticise a person's spelling ! Jeez.
Utter, complete, total, absolute, unmitigated, absolute wnkr.
Im barred from 1 site because they thought i had a duplication account when my dad signed up (somnetimes i post at his house).
I credited Davies s goal saying it was a great finish and think he's had an half decent game today but his overall contribution isnt good enough for the players in the team, we have players on the bench who would fit in better.
Yes i cant fecking wait till Davies is suspended, our performance will be 100% better and we'll play football with the strikers droping and the midfielders pushing.
Villa where awfull today, worst team in the prem iv seen so far, a team thats been battered by Newcastle 6 0 and you can see why, so predictable and just went wide and tried to cross it with Agbonlahor in the box, they where shocking and houlier has a massive job on his hands!
Yes we played alright today and probably should of won it.
If I'd spoken to you and said Davis, or Davies, or Dayvis, you would have assumed Super Kev as he was the player under discussion at the time. However, I do acknowledge that you either don't have the brain to analyse current converasation, spoken or written, or you're just a pig ignorant kid, hence I will overlook your impertinence. However, I also think you are NOT a Trotter, you're dad should give you a bloody good thumping for denigrating his team and the newsagent should sack you from your paper round. Tosser!

Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.
You Sir Nutjob are a plum.Sir Nut wrote:No because we usually led and threw it away. What about CYL, Holden and Elmo who've all got a turn of pace?
Pfffft.
How am i a fool, we will play better when he's not in the team and you'll see when it eventually happens. He's a pro footballer and has to do at least something. His overall contribution isnt good enough. Iv already said it was a good finish but take him out of the team and we will improve, especially if its for Klasnic.RobbieSavagesLeg wrote:Dear SirNut,

Again.
Super Super Kev, Super Super Kev, Super Super Kev,
Super Super Kevin Davies.
So why does Coyle not drop Davies back then when where sitting back instead of having him spearing our counter attacks and just launch it to him at the half way line for the ball to just bounce back?TKIZ! wrote:You Sir Nutjob are a plum.Sir Nut wrote:No because we usually led and threw it away. Examples please or your argument is redundant.
I can name three games this season alone where your least favourite player has got us out of a sticky patch with his "at least something" footballing.
How can contributing to and scoring goals, gaining free kicks, and being captain be an "overall contribution that isn't good enough"?
Again, you make yourself look a fool with your words.

Great point. Haven't seen it though, as have been working.
What was wrong with AOB in terms of the injury? Sounds like a blessing in disguise anyways.
Also was Muamba taken off due to tiredness as this has happened a couple of times before this season? Or was he injured? Or was Coyle just going for it like we've not seen for a long time?
Great show though to go there and earn a point and sounds like it wasn't a lucky cling on to a 1-1 job, sounds like from the radio we were better.
Well I thought we'd get battered. We haven't and better still we've got sommat to show for it.
Bring on Burnley.

Megson, but for the exact same reason why we dont go infront nowadays or put the pressure on first. For us to score first we have to get a massive piece of luck, i hated the fact that Megson left Davies on when we where 1 or 2 up with 30 mins ago. Instead of putting a quick counter attacking player player on just to give the other team something to think about when their throwing caution to the wind, that was one of Megson few flaws and it cost him his job.thebish wrote:Sir Nut wrote:No because we usually led and threw it away.thebish wrote:'tis all over - a point not many of us were expecting...
