Good peformance today, Thought S Ricketts & Knight dealt with the Carew Gabby A & Young well. Elmander & Davies looked good again. Petrov seemed to come into the game as it went on & Lee is looking more like himself again. Muamba & Holden did a shift in midfield and Bogdan didn't do anything wrong all game.
Good to see Coyle going for it by bringing on M Davies for Muamba.
But all was sadden by the lost of a Bolton fan before the game, it was his 1st match with his brother in a few years as he flew over from America.

Could you elaborate? I must have missed something.potter1989bwfc wrote:Good peformance today, Thought S Ricketts & Knight dealt with the Carew Gabby A & Young well. all of which has no relevance to what you actually wrote - and I have quoted for you...Sir Nut wrote:Ill do it in baby talk for you.thebish wrote:I haven't misunderstood at all.Sir Nut wrote:
Incorrect Bish you must of mis understood pal,
you wrote (in response to my question about throwing away leads under megson)
there is is quite plainly in your own words.SirNut wrote:For us to score first we have to get a massive piece of luck, i hated the fact that Megson left Davies on when we where 1 or 2 up with 30 mins ago.
to score first under Megson we needed a massive piece of luck - and then - he cocked up his substitutions so that we threw it away.
that is what you wrote.
1. Coyle doesnt play to players strenghts, we hardly go in front in games due to that.
2. Megson played players to there strenghts so usually we took the lead in most games.
3. yes he cocked up with his subs.
Iv stated all of these previously.
you wrote this:
you may say different stuff and add stuff - but that it was you wrote - it is in the thread under your name - you typed it.SirNut wrote:For us to score first we have to get a massive piece of luck, i hated the fact that Megson left Davies on when we where 1 or 2 up with 30 mins ago.
you said that under Megson we needed a huge piece of luck to even go ahead - and then he cocked up our substitutions so that we threw away that lead.
stand by your own words - they are there for us all in black and white.
I have quoted them again for your information.

So what your saying is he's captain because he scores the odd goal, scores a penalty and been there for the team? Im guessing most people on the site will be pissing themselves at this, but wont openly admit it because its me your speaking to, that is the most ludicrous comment i have ever seen, so what your saying is Rooney should be captain for Man Utd, Drogba should be captain for Chelsea, Bent should be captain for Sunderland and so on, i dont think you know what a captains job is and you have totally missed the concept of the word ''Captain''.
I aint paranoid Homie!
No that's not what I said at all. I am trying to point out that your statement about "Davies' overall contribution not being enough" to be balderdash. Let me repeat; please find me one other captain in the premiership who performs and gives as much effort as Davies. You will struggle.
But since I just had to explain that it's obvious you have trouble reading the posts.
Again you make a fool of yourself by not reading other peoples posts, and arguing points that haven't even been made. For your own sake read the posts properly.
At the end of the day, you may or may not be right on the other points that you are arguing with other people on this site. All I know is that, on this point (which you indecently seem confused by) you are wrong.

The holgram machine's fooked, though. So I've got Yoda, half of Obi Wan (so Obi Haff) and the fooking paperclip from Microsoft Word.

Alan Shearer thinks we could and should have won the game, Lawro says our footall is easier on the eye, and Linekar thinks that's good to see. All's well with the world then.
MOTD actually concentrated on us being all over them at the end. We were more than a tad unlucky today. Our players did get pushed for Young's goal and Lee definitely got tripped in the box. So close. Overall good day's work.

I was no fan of the lad first few games, but feck me, the boy doesn't half give it some week in week out. Anyone for Jloyd? Thought not.TANGODANCER wrote:If you shaved Robbo's head you'd probably find a Bolton birthmark on his scalp.Dr King wrote:A couple of quotes from the guys sat behind me in the pub.

Makes you wonder sometimes.

Hope no one minds me putting my tuppenceworth in as a Villa fan?
I thought you guys played well, very physical and another ref would never have allowed the tactics employed by Knight etc. KD was a very lucky man to stay on the pitch as both of his headline tackles were worthy of a yellow if not a red. But you created a lot of chances and most Villa fans agree that Friedel was our Man Of the Match.
Luckily for us we don;t have to suffer the tactics of Kevin McDonald any more, nice man, crap manager syndrome. MON left us in the shit and boy are we paying for it.
Lastly condolences from all Villa fans to the friends and family of the Bolton fan who died before the match yesterday

Well knew that one was coming. Couldn't figure out if he was just a wind up artist, or just stubborn to the point of driving you crazy while having some insecure need to always get the last word. Well it seems for a month has had his last word.bobo the clown wrote:best news I've had all day.Gravedigger wrote:Nutty's off for a month vacation.

Thanks for that, it's appreciated. Please don't adopt a Wenger view of the game though. Your lads can, and did, dish it out and we had two penalty appeals dismissed that would certainly have been given against us. We expected little, played well and took a point in a game we could have had all three. Good luck with your season.villafan wrote:Hope no one minds me putting my tuppenceworth in as a Villa fan?

Sincere thoughts to the family of the bwfc fan that passed away,
This was going to be a rant at sir nuts anti skd comments, however due to the above i will say,
Against arsenal and av today he is by far the best in the prem at what he does,
Very good point for the team today, well played to all, we should have at least one nailed on pen.
thanks
