Another liquid that always rather bizarrley tastes better out of a glass bottle than out of anything else.ohjimmyjimmy wrote:Ah the correct spelling...spoken like a true Irn Bru fan !BWFC_Insane wrote:I like IRN Bru. As we got older we moved on from that. After making sure the shopkeeper had gone back into his living quarters, two of us would enter the shop thus activating the bell. One would grab two x fourpacks of ale off of the counter and would leave the shop, with the other one closing the door behind him. Then, when the shopkeeper came through to the shop there'd be one of us still in the shop waiting to by some paltry item.Gary the Enfield wrote:thebish wrote:and taking them back for a bottle refund...ohjimmyjimmy wrote:Takes me back to my childhood, pop from a glass bottle.

I feel better for having shared this with you, I've been carrying the guilt around for 30 years.

I think now is the time you should make amends to that shopkeeper. Restore the Karmic Balance.

Have to go to their ticket office for concessions.

Yes, sold sround 2000. Pathetic really. Exiles & paraplegics aside, I just can’t understand why any self respecting Bolton fan would not be itching to go to Turf Moor tonight.BWFC_Insane wrote:Yes its pay on the gate for adult tickets.Lord Kangana wrote:Just checking (cos can't be arsed being on hold for 20 mins) is this pay on the gat tonight? It’s cheap, its local, it’s not on TV and the atmosphere is gonna be electric!
Out of 14,000 ST holders, we have only sold about 15% of that number (yet somehow everyone I know is going tonight?) plus, id be willing to bet only half of that are actually St holders anyway! It just doesn’t compute to me how somebody would be fanatical enough to fork out for a ST, yet have no intention of going tonight?
However, judging by the amount of posts ive read here and elsewhere about paying on the gate, im optimistic a fair few more will be turning up tonight.
