Good to hear. Yesterday KD declared he loved the club and the town and is enjoying his football more than he's ever done. OC must be doing something right.

yeah he must be saying "if the press ask you owt, make sure you add how much you love the club and the town"

I can understand loving the club, but as if anybody not from here would actually love the town, its awful.

I expect most players reside in Manchester or Chesire anyway.

You can love the people of the town, transport links and training facilities.

If you moved me somewhere to a magnificent detatched stone property with generous gardens in a rural setting beside a golf course in a town where people considered me to be something of a local legend, then I reckon that I might just take to it too.

Hardly up Johnny Fow, is he?!

From following his Twitter and not stalking in any (other) way, I'm pretty sure he lives in Manchester city centre.

Sheffield City Centre makes Bolton look like District 9.

Sheffield is by no means nice, but Bolton is a horrible forgotten wasteland, with it's only nicely built part is Le Mans street or whatever it's called..

I was in sheffield city centre just this week... to say it is any better than Bolton involves some whacky-backy spectacles of some kind...

the cathedral is nice - the way the modern has been fused with the old...

and I liked the super-trams... (so I took a photo..)

The only thing Sheffield has in common with Italy is that it, like Rome, is built on Seven Hills. Finito

to be fair to sheffield - my photo wasn't taken to show it at its best - just cos I wanted a photo of the supertram with the tram bridge behind it!

as I wandered through sheffield, though, maybe I was in a rough part - I was quite taken aback by the sheer number of huge abandonned municipal and commercial buildings all boarded up and sprouting weeds on window ledges.. luxury pigeon palaces...
