Was it? All I know is that Robinson and a. n. other should'nt have allowed the ball to drop like that.norm the jedi wrote:Cahill surely?Lord Kangana wrote:1-1.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

It looks like it might be another game thats being decided on the chances we've missed (Elmo last week, Petrov this).

With our star man bearing down on goal and them wide open to the counter with us a goal in front, I'd have just about come down on the side of, '1-1? go and boil yer heeeed'norm the jedi wrote:1-1 I'd have take that before...
Any away point is a good point, even against bottom 6 fodder, but that feels like a defeat

Taylor made it far too easy for Morrison to get in front of him. Absolutely terrible defending and his first contributiuon to the game.. Good goalkeeping on the Petrov chance.. Should have scored, but I'm not sure anybody else in our team would have scored it.. We had plenty of chances, more than enough to comfortably win a game of football, but hey ho. I'd have taken a point before the game

To be fair Lee was hardly in it.. and at at least Mavis for Elmo made us more competetive in midfield where we were starting to get a bit of a toasting..Lord Kangana wrote:Aye. First time I'm critical of Coyle's substitutions though. Shouldn't have taken Lee off for Taylor. Can only assume an injury or tiredness.

Petrov, oh dear, maybe stick to the right foot after all.
Solid point though looking back at the game and result as a whole, they've had a good start and haven't lost at home since January. Another for Elmander is good news, good finish too.

All I saw was a very poor miss
He also had a chance right at the start of 2nd half that should've been on target
Where were our 2 CBs for the goal?

He narrowed down the angle brilliantly and made Petrov put it on a postage stamp, which he couldn't doCAPSLOCK wrote:If he'd hit the target, then we could judge if it was good goalkeepingboltonboris wrote:Taylor made it far too easy for Morrison to get in front of him.
