Glad Davo got on, but dear god, what a hideous game, probably worse than the World Cup debacle. Time to go Fabio.

He had some good touches, but England on the whole looked very, very average tonight
Pfffft.

Me and my (61 yr old) dad ended up about four inches from the screen giving it "c'mon Kev Lad".

And people like Samuel can stick England up their collective arses. he played better than half that galaxy of stars.

Don't give a f*ck what they write about him tbh.

Superb to see him on

Think he was badly let down by the service

Shit performance by England. Gareth Barry was utter, utter wank. Glenn was turd and let down by some quite ordinary officiating - not least giving Kev a yellow for jumping

Teriffic to see Kev get on and he looked very handsome in the shirt. Some good touches too.

He played like he does for his club which is what this England team needs. He made three chances and put it into the filthy bastards. Well proud to be a Bolton fan. I just fear it will be a one off.

Not really. There were many players unavailable tonight and Montenegro were at the very least better than Algeria, but it wasn't great . Chuffed for SKD though.

And yes, Barry was distinctly useless.

proud and pleased for SKD. He didn't get much chance but got stuck in and did the Kev thing..
We looked a bit more like it when he was on..
but overall pretty woeful.. Bound to be with so many massiv reserves on the park...

When did Shrek the shagger last have a decent game against a properly competetive opponent ?
Are we in League 2 yet - Three seasons and we'll be away to Chesham

That was nothing more or less than a chance to give SKD the cap and the chance he so richly deserves. BWFC fans everywhere should be jumping for joy at that - I don't care that we drew, tonight was about getting Davo on the pitch.

Dead proud. Would of been reduced to tears if head scored!

He did ok, couple of good touches (more than crouch - wish he had the chances Crouch had) but a couple of poor 'uns as well. Wish he had charged a full back Or two down, seemed a bit subdued in that respect.

Looking forward to 'Enlands Kevin Davies' sticking it to Stoke next weekend.

Bunch of cloggers that would have had somebody sent off in the Prem. Ref gutless over a blatent penalty. Kev did no worse than anybody else in the short time he was on. Oh, and that soft cheating bxxxxrd limping off holding his throat like he'd been chopped by Chuck Norris instead of fly brushed.

Kevin Davies, England front man. How good does that sound? Proud as fxxk.:oyea:

He looked almost film-star like. Smudge down the front of the pristine shirt, probably the blood of 11 Montenegrans, yet not a hair out of place.

And his yellow card was a farce. Their defender jumped into him and realised what a mistake he'd made when he hit the brick wall marked SKD.

Created 2 chances, one for Rooney and Barry.

Tried to get on the end of a free kick which the ref stopped play for a foul.

Not a bad return for the length of time he was on.

I thought he looked good and I am very proud.

Kevin Davies, Bolton Wanderers and England. Now that does sound good.

Oh, and these will probably be overlooked by the issue of KD somehow getting a game for england...but please:

Glen Johnson:
Gareth Barry:
Ashley Young: :?

Kind of makes you wonder why we're even bothering...even if we qualify we're left with jokers like these plus a slightly older and slower rio ferdinand, gerrard and john terry.

Pride of KD playing aside, very anti-england tonight. That was utter toss.

I thought Gerard was at best ponderous with the ball aswell.

Haha, I said the same in the pub.

He did well with what he was given, that yellow card was worse than almost any decision given against him. Like people have said, that isn't going to do him any good.

In the "highlights" at the end they showed three of England's best chances, created by who? Kevin Davies!

I'm not sure what England were playing at though, you have Davies on the fields, 10 minutes to go, 0 - 0 with Montenegro and what does the keeper do? Throw it to the first defender and play fancy dan football with no end product.

With 10 minutes to go you should be throwing everything at them! SWP got down the wing plenty of times, only to cut back and knock it infield. Even if you take KD out of the equation and replace him with Crouch, you still have to do the same thing.

England were god awful tonight. Don't think anything reached Kev below the height of 6 foot. We complain when Bolton do that. Sure, he's decent in the air but he's a hell of a lot better when a bit of thought goes in to the balls to him rather than the aimless stereotypical hoofs that England threw at him. He was ok, all things given.
