Try this: [email protected]

or the big man himself: [email protected]

State your case. I'm sure one of them will respond.

Good luck.
Now that's what I call good customer relations. Must remember to email Phil whenever I want tickets..
I have contacted Phil Gartside on two occasions and received a response each time.

It's not about the tickets. It's about expanding the brand and flexibility in the current market. We should be able to accommodate tourists if it means more bums on seats. Perhaps we could have a 'Culture corner' in the North Stand lower where 'neutral' fans can congregate. A bit like the one at Craven Cottage (but without the partisan schoolkids on a freebie)

Folks.

I'd like to thank you for your courteous help! We have tickets! I forwarded the email I sent Tony to the ticket sales folks and they were more than happy to help us out. A quick call to get my Visa # and the transaction was complete. We'll pick up our tickets on match day.

I owe some of you guys a beer! Speaking of which, the next topic is where to grab a few brew before the game? :)

You need previous beer tokens in order to buy alcohol around the ground...

My followup email to Tony:
Hi Tony,

Jason here again. I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that your ticket office has been superb in helping my 3 friends and I purchase tickets to the game. Danny in the ticket office has been a great help. We are really looking forward to our trip and the Bolton v Liverpool game.

I also want to mention your fans over at http://www.the-wanderer.co.uk. These folks have been great in providing us 4 Canadians with Wanderer information! Nice people and dedicated fans.

We fly out to your part of the world in about 2 weeks and can not wait!

take care and have a great season.

He replied:
Hi Jason, thanks for letting me know pal , they were the best people to sort it . I hope you have a great trip.

All the best to you and yours

Tony
Good stuff!

I didn't realize there were four BWFC fans in Eastern Canada...

If you guys are cool with it, I'm cool with it. :)

I like what Bolton brings to the pitch from the few games I've watched. My neighbor (who is also coming on this trip) has that Sportsnet streaming package where he gets all the games not televised. So we can watch Bolton no problem.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to thank everyone for the help with Wanderer information. We're back home now after our trip. Although the outcome wasn't good in the 1-0 loss to Liverpool, the game was great. Man The guys almost pulled it off. Great atmosphere and a really nice stadium. Oh, and the beer was great too!
