Fair enough. We shouldn't be denying basic human rights.MJH-12 wrote:KeeeeeeeBaaaaaaab - That did make me laugh, but I don't think I deserve such cruel and unfair punishment!
Rather than the Sir Nut stuff, we could always downgrade it to a week of "being bummed by a camel".
And if you do post a link to it at any time, a permanent ban should be the only option.

THIS X 100, & then MJH shall be taken from this place and to place of execution where he shall be hung from a cross-bar until he is dead sorry for wht he's done by raising this subject.KeeeeeeeBaaaaaaab wrote:I recommend a week's ban for MJH and a week of having to read no-one else's posts but Sir Nut's as punishment for mentioning this.
Once he apologises and promises never, ever, ever to raise this matter again nd recognises the deep psychological damage he has caused and the years of therapy ruined by the careless use of a few keyboard strokes, then ... and only then ... will he be cut down and placed, hands & feet bound, onto the M6 at rush hour.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

I was behind the goal Deano missed.
My 3 memories of this match are
1) Eidur sinking to his knees after he had put it on a plate for Holdsworth.
2) Jussi making a top drawer save tipping a glancing Dion Dublin header onto the post.
3) Thinking how unfair it was that David James seemed to fill the entire goal in the shoot-out.

A guy that I worked with at the time who has no interest in football but that happened to see the penalty shoot-out said to me the next day, "I could see that your lot were going to lose the penalties". Really, and how was that? Asked I. "Because the other lot's goalie filled the goals and your one was frightened" he reasoned.finlayson wrote: Thinking how unfair it was that David James seemed to fill the entire goal in the shoot-out.
