No changes in the starting lineup - and that's right!

Our semi-literate visit from Goodison simply reinforces what we've all known about many of this bunch for years.

They used to sing 'We're the best train-wreckers in the land...' and spread hooligan violence everywhere they went.

Goodison is simply the worst ground in the Premier League. Terrible view. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible catering. And, worst of all, a lot of Everton fans. Liverpool isn't that much better, but isn't totally unfit for human habitation.

Will Holloway get in trouble like McCarthy did last season?

Last time I'd felt like a battery hen, I ate a McChicken Sandwich.

Can I get sued for that?

We had a half chance. Good turn from Elmander, good tackle by Distin. We're the brighter team.

This is according to Five Live.
