I believe Bolton were in the bottom 3 when Coyle took over..
....but does he fecking mention it every fecking week?
I was watching NovaSports (Greek Sky Sports) last week, they had Mego in for Bolton/Spurs, I kid you not, he mentioned it in his first sentence. The guy is a fecking loon. Oh, and he also mentioned that Jussi's distribution was tremendous?!

He's right, Coyle has said it in most of his post match interviews this season I think, we were bottom 3, favourites for relegation, or words to that effect.
Thing is whilst its looking good and its enjoyable he could tell me he sh@gged gartsides wife and stole dioufys sports car for all I care after the match!

Yes I'm fed up of hearing it as well from Coyle, it's unnecessary now and he should throw that broken record away. He should concentrate on the now not the past, as the past can't be changed but he can significantly affect the future. He does sound a bit like he should not be named sometimes!!
Depression is just a state of mind, supporting Bolton is also a state of mind hence supporting Bolton must be depressing QED

Its not really worth pointing out what a load of bollox that is, as its quite clearly, self evidently bollox. But I will anyway. Thats bollox.
Coyle can call us all a set of nice people if he wants, because he actually tried putting the tiara on the shire horse. And hey presto, we got Champion the Wonder Horse, not miserable dreary this is all you lot desrve Knackers Yard Ned.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

A agree but he doesn't need to keep mentioning the "bottom three" thing everytime someone asks him a question after a match, he's had a year now to get over that.seanworth wrote:Overall I find his interviews very positive. It also seems to be having an effect on the players, and that with the performances is rubbing off on most fans. So Mr. Coyle keep saying whatever you want.

he doesn't though - does he?

I'm totally lost as to the point of this thread, can't we just be happy with where we are now?
That said, if ever we reach the point where Coyle is regularly being called a talentless cock who's ruined the club, ruined football, and any positive results he's gained were through luck, I imagine Owen will start to defend himself too.

I'm worried about our league position. We're only 6 points clear of a relegation spot!Tombwfc wrote:I'm totally lost as to the point of this thread, can't we just be happy with where we are now?

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
