Congratulations and supporting from Madrid!!

Post by Atletico_de_Madrid » Sun Nov 21, 2010 12:10 pm

Hello all...

I registered myself in this forum when we both Atlético and Bolton W played that UEFA cup round in february 2008. It was a hard round, maybe not beautiful football but nice fight. Since that, i ve been supporting Bolton... why? Because I like humble, brave and proud teams and supporters, and despite the fame here in continent of "violent english supporters", almost all of you that were in Madrid gave a lesson of fair play and enjoying the game!! :pissed:

So, I want to give you CONGRATULATIONS for the amazing season you are doing, and I hope and wish we´ll fight again next season, this time in CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.

Long life to Trotters and Atlético de Madrid!!!

Nice to see we're gaining a few followers from across the globe. Looks like our performances have not gone un-noticed. Either way this can only be a good thing and long may it continue.

Not really their fault was it?

I seem to recall their 'ultras' got chased out of the stadium before the be-uniformed bastards started on us!

Anyway AdM thanks for the support and good luck to you too!

I know, but it's one of them "by association" things, and unfortunately my memories of the place have been shaped by thugs

I know what you mean. Conversely I follow AEK Athen's results now as I bumped into a bunch of them the day of our game. Think they were playing Real the next day. Nice guys.

probably my least favourite of all European aways, but that may have been the company? more concerned the sights and touring the bernabeu than getting sotted! pissed me off, one of them by association things...
