Three or four sliding tackles from behind and every time has just been perfect.

Really attritional stuff here, not much finesse.

Has the midfield of Holden and Davies worked so far or could we be over run in the centre?

Signs of the latter right now, they're definitely outnumbered. We're lucky they're playing pretty stodgy stuff.

hard to judge midfield in a game where there isn't one as we are increasingly coming down to their level and knocking front to back..

Blackburn dominant for the last ten or so, could batter us down here.

Yes. They've been piling on the pressure, shutting us down and winning set pieces - who is camped on whose half right now?

half time comes as Jussi goes flappy under a corner..., 0 - 0 each
We started brightly may have had a pen, but generally very tight..
their wing backs particularly Olsen down their left became more influencial
but neither team really creating enough quality with only one clear cut chance
for them that went to Gilvet who couldn't get a foot around it ..

Thought we were the better side but slowly the tide turned and they certainly took over the game during the last ten minutes. Still neither side produced a lot of chances.
