Can't be worse than last year - Took the coach on a Tuesday night and they'd not won for 14 games - obviously they scored after 41 seconds and beat us 4-0. Although it was almost amusing to see a Weiss - Wilshere - Gardner - Lee midfield for a short time in the game. Fastest ever.

So given that it can't be worse, I'm there. Take a point all day long from this game.

I'll be watching this one on TV in the pub, I'm at Altrincham v Histon on Saturday afternoon sampling a bit of non-league action as part of a pre-crimbo pissup so I'm glad our game is an early kick off. Altrinchams recent form is looking pretty special; 1-2, 0-4, 0-7. Should be a good day.

That should be a classic Histon broke the lowest away attendance record this season by taking absolutely no one for their match at Luton! Alty's a nice little ground, however. Big on family atmos. Nailed on for relegation

Nice to see a friendly Sunderland fan on here too. Always found them to be a good bunch during our dealings over the years.

No Histon Ultras to speak of then?! I was looking at some of Altrincham's home attendances for the season and I saw a few over 1,000 but then realised they were for games with Luton, and Wrexham etc. The normal level is around 6-700 so I expect something around that figure - looking forward to it though!

Well, Altrincham - Histon is off, no surprise there they've had their last two home games postponed.

Glad the TV fixture looks to be going ahead. Can't see Sunderland wanting to drop all that TV revenue by cancelling it. My only thoughtswere them not having it on as a result of their defensive injuries but seeing as they won 4-0 last time out i can imagine they'd be feeling pretty confident.
