Are you all trying to ruin this?

We'll get twatted at Chelsea, and only survive on the last day.

I blame the bish. Stop it now. All of you.

Oh no ..... "we're doooooomed" now !!

Don't know about that you know, Spurs don't always do that to teams like the barcodes even if "they know what they are going to get"

Don't care. Let's enjoy this season. The more we enjoy, the more normal and sane we remain.

Whatever the situation with Tottenham and Newcastle we have the chance to leapfrog Chelsea on Wednesday. That's gotta be great credit to the lads that we have ourselves in this situation seeing as Chelsea were doing so well earlier in the season. For us to contemplate 4th/5th/6th position going into the New Year is great work from the lads. Hopefully we can keep up this momentum and whatever happens on Wednesday we can be immensely proud of the effort.

A six-pointer against Chelsea in the last match of the calendar year. Who'd have thunk it?!

Well, Spurs have won now and we can only go up to 5th, still above Chelsea. I don't see why this topic was posted, getting ahead of ourselves and thinking it's going to be easy from now on.

We need a test, Chelsea will be a test, if we pass? Euro Contenders!

Probably because somebody wanted a bit of speculation chat; hope maybe, that we have a chance of doing it. Doubt if anybody's really getting ahead of themselves over it and certainly not thinking anything's going to be easy.

I've spent all day winding up a Chelsea supporter over the prospect of Bolton overtaking them in the table. I'm not getting ahead of myself, but I am having fun.

Fair play. I just don't like fans who are all "oh, look at us, Europa League here we come" and then we don't make it and it's " 9th? Shocking season! It shouldn't be that, Coyle said he wanted 8th/9th this season and that would be brilliant. He's got one more year of his "plan" for the club. Sure, if we make it into the Euro's this year, f**in fabulous. I personally think we will, it's just some of the snide comments like ".. Europa league will be easy, it's CL we should be going for." Strange!

Nobody's been saying that, mate, except in jest. :?

We're just all a bit giddy that so much has happened in a year, so much has improved - rest assured, there isn't a person on here who wouldn't take a 8th place finish if you offered it now.

Agreed. But saying that, the missus wants to go to Spain next year, and i'd happily take her if Bolton where away!
