York looking to make another sub. COME ON YOU WHITES...

No walk in the park this as Petrov screws it up. Goal kick them. Time running out as York back off and Taylor's cross is cleared. Cahill starts it forward and Roderigo's shot wins a corner. We get a corner as they pack the box. Goalie gathers and clears. York come forward and then Roderigo finds Cahill, Elmander.... and it all comes to nothing. Taylor wins a free, Bogdan takes as we go forward. Bogdan has to make a good save as they fashion a chance. Corner.

Roderigo, Elmander, but cross cleared again. Rickets frees Super Kev and it's 1-0..... :oyea:

OH, Bogdan carries it outside the box and they get a very dangerous free. Eyes shut, ears blocked......they make a sub....and it lands on the net roof. Four minutes extra...

Indeed, always nice to beat non-league opposition by more than one though ;)

Alonso, M Davies...and their throw. We're still trying and Elmander fires it into the onion bag. 2-0 and thank you and good night. :oyea:

Cracked under the pressure, makes it a bit more respectable now and takes Elmo goal tally to 10 for the season!

A bit flattering by all accounts they had a very presentable chance a minute before we scored

thanks so much for this. listening to their guys choke back the tears now after their teams plucky effort has come to nothing is lovely.

Fair play to them, agree it's flattering but then we've won and I'm happy with that

Davies finds Petrov at the death but no joy. We're controlling it now. One from the skip, Elmo rocket, we win, nothing else matters. 2-0. Well done the Whites (eventually.)
