Apparently the Larsson to City rumour is pisshhhh, and not going to happen. So neither is SWP to us.

Does any of you know whats happening with Danny Ward
Lots of Swindon fans hoping and praying he joins us back on loan
just wondering if any of you have heard anything considering Daniel Sturridge may be joining you

Piece?

Sturridge and Ward, are the two connected?

He has just come back from surgery so there's a chance, but we know as much as you do. Do you rate him, then?

lol Nah no connection as i know, were desperate for a striker at the mo after Austin left and wardy can play up front

He was very highly rated last season at Swindon, one of our best players so he would be welcomed back anytime

He has said he wouldnt mind coming back to us on loan but im guessing Coyle is holding out for a championship club

I didn't realise Austin had gone. Do you think he'll be a good signing for Burnley? He looked very, very sharp when I've seen him play for you. As for Ward, I watched a lot of Swindon at the back end of last year due to him, and I was very impressed with him out on the left. He is still only young, and so I'm not sure whether he could cope with the pressure of being the main man up top now Paynter and Austin have left. He has also been injured a lot this season, which ballsed up his loan at Coventry. That does however make a move back to League 1, with a manager he knows and who trusts him, at a club he knows seem like a decent option. How long can you still loan players until? Is it still February sometime?

It took him a while last time to get into hi stride but once he did, he was became a town favourite over night. We have dossevi and pericard left but are pretty useless in my opinion.
Most of last season he played on the left which were short on aswell.
Yea i believe it is till somepoint in february.
As for Austin he was a great young talent with all the great instincts of a great striker but with an attitude and left most swindon fans angry at the way he treated the club, but he should certainly cut it at championship level no probs.

As for tope ade whatever his name is, he's useless lol

Korean midfielder Koo Ja Cheol has joined Wolfsburg. Disappointed that he didn't come to Bolton, as slim as the odds on that were.

I'm guessing Sturridge will be the only player to join us this window besides Wheater?

HOLD THE FRONT PAGE
5.25pm: Here's this from Michal Pac Pomarnacki: "Just heard from a reliable inside source - Johan Elmander to have medical at Newcastle ASAP." Not really much consolation is it?

this is the scenario I typed elsewhere...

transfer merry-go-round...

Carroll to Liverpool
Torres to Chelsea
Sturridge to Bolton
Elmo to Newcastle....

hopefully Newcastle are now feeling flush...
