January transfer window...

Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

Has Mandy gone?? The suspense is killing me, I need to know if the barn doors need moving just in case sturridge can shoot and does the banjo need locking away to preserve the poor cows backside!
SWP will be here soon if the last minite snag can be overcome so me mate just told me he'd heard

Its taken us all day to sign sturridge, so cant see a last minute SWP move likely

SWP deal would be awesome, a last minute deal for the firs time in ages. Can't see Mancini allowing it though

the pic gaff has made the beeb:

2110: Big news for Bolton, that, though it's confused the club's website editor by the look of things - news of Daniel Sturridge's arrival is accompanied by a big picture of... Danny Welbeck. Oops.

Two decent young players in and no key players leave (except Riga)...

Not bad business really for a January window. Need a more active summer though, and with potentially not getting anything for one of our key strikers, will be a toughie

Sturridge is a good signing.

Oh and no chance with SWP. Only would have happened if Citeh had brought in a winger today and we'd agreed to cover his whole wages. City ain't signed anyone and how likely were we to pay 70K a week?

BBC in no rumour to talk about our offish website shock. This little gem was off the list of signings today:

Dean Sturridge [Chelsea - Bolton] Loan

Didn't Dean retire a few years ago?
