EEEEEEEvan Klasnic is to face no further action from the police...

Hopefully it'll be good for him to get that monkey off his back, so he can get back on the scoring trail...

Aye - best put this behind him and move on.

Without having any info on this could be a payoff, lack of evidence, etc etc etc... endless possibilities.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Wasting police time, golddigger, etc

Re: Back to form?
hmmmm...
out of court settlement? that surely involves an admission of guilt - and surely the police would prosecute a guilty rapist??
mistaken identity? - again - I doubt it would have got this far before being ruled out on mistaken identity
lack of evidence - maybe (but the lacl of evidence would have been noticed a long time ago surely - and it would not have gone on this long)
not sure where insomnia fits in!
change of mind... surely - after all this time - that's wasting police time...
either way - assuming he didn't do it - this is great news.. (corrolary: if he did do it - it's awful news - and he should be locked up)

Re: Back to form?
Time to move on. Good news for the club, and hopefully he will be able to contribute more in the second half of the season.

I seem to recall we signed him back on a two year contract anyway.
