Frustrated !!! Why are we not taking the game to them when we have a good 30 mins to work the flanks.

I'm happy enough with that, 1-1 at St. James is not a bad result and keeps us on track. Next opponents Villa have thrashed Dingles 4-1! Gulp
Pfffft.

Point away from home, can't really complain too much even with the man advantage for the second half.

we should of been able to take that corner, newcastle spent the first minute of extra time making a sub and having a player down on the floor!

Where you watching the same game? Had you accidently flicked on to the Villa game, thought the second half performance was better than the rubbish in the first

2 points dropped IMO,

Toothless upfront. Getting it wide and not taking advantage. Newcastle went into their shell and we should have smashed em.

By no means bad, I mean we got a point at St. James' so I'd take that any day of the week.

Just seemed to be a lack of urgency and we were toothless for the most part. I predicted a 1-1

Agree - its an excellent point IMO, its not easy at St James even playing against 10 men and I would have certainly took a point before the game.

Newcastle have a decent home record.

We dominated possession second half but they defended well and our final ball weren't good enough.

End of the day its a bit of a bonus point as had Taylor stayed on, was hard to see us doing owt but lose.

Don't know why people are complaining so much, its a decent result.

A good away point against a team who are typically very strong at home. Watching it on a stream, I don't understand all the comments of twitchiness and the like on here, nor all the comments of being frustrated. Both teams gave the ball away far too easily, but apart from Robbo trying his hardest to score at the wrong end, I don't think Newcastle ever really threatened second half. Neither did we, but given that I'd have snatched your hand off for a point beforehand, I can't say I'm all that frustrated with the result, even if Newcastle did finish the game a player light.

SKD didn't have his best game, no, but neither did a lot of people. Personally, I'd have switched Elmo up front and stuck CYL on wide right for the skipper, but it's a big decision to take the captain off, especially when he takes two defenders out of the game with his mere presence. At the end of the day, in Owen Coyle I trust, and his decision has gained us a point. It's most certainly a point gained rather than 2 lost, and it puts us up into 7th, ahead of Sunderland. Good result.

Opinions, opinions. People get heated when the match is on so I take that into account.

The LCY fan club are somewhat embarrassing IMO.

We're BWFC not LCY. Fooks sake.

Lee is knackered from playing non stop for nigh on 3 years now. The lad can't play every game. Petrov did well against Fulham and earned his place. Elmander worked very hard today and I think Coyle fancied a bit of height against Enrique.

Right team for me. LCY is not great away from home, goes missing half the time!

point gained, up to seventh, two points off six place.

Obviously it's disappointing not to beat ten men, but still :)
