'Music after goals' is dreadful in my humble opinion. Why? Surely the sound of multiple fans celebrating is the music of success and not some ... erm ... 'classic' being pumped at distorted levels through a Tannoy.

Perhaps I really am becoming old and curmudgeonly, I really don't know, but to me it seems totally pointless. Of course my opinion is based on the premise that BWFC supporters really do cheer, clap and make noise after our team scores a goal. :conf:

Now that Meggers has gone, yes.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

If they have to play music, a good idea I heard elsewhere; each player chooses his own piece of music to be played when he scores!? The players could have a right laugh with that! IMO...

Only problem is the daft bastards are always getting it wrong who has scored!

Genreal, that's a fecking genius idea. Anyone got Colin's/Tony Kelly's email and we can ask if they can change it? I can imagine that it would be a right laugh hearing that over the tannoy, 'White Lines, flowing through my mind - BASS' would be awesome!
Pfffft.

We should run out to that.

Or Dion's The Wanderer.

For what it's worth: Today's BN has it that Phil Gartside has asked McFly's singer to write a Bolton Anthem.

:D also reckon the crowd could join in on the 'Rang dang diggedy dang di-dang' bit!

would be quality, and original. IMO.

Colins email is on this link... http://www.mcgreavy.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Right once I get home from work I'm emailing him and Tony Kelly, to come out to or afetr the goals hear 'White Lines' would be amazingly kitsch. As for McFly's fella writing an anthem :cry: :whack: :crazy:
Pfffft.
