Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Bloody cyclists again, now one decided when pulling out from a side road he did not have to give way and just came tearing out, not close to the kerb either, seriously gonna get a rocket launcher mounted to the car and shoot these basts. Next when driving around and not going quick gonna stick it in elec mode sneak up on them and sound the horn and see if they like that!
Oh and freezer door came open at weekend, shitloads of food wasted.

My dog (proper 57) had his anal glands emptied once and yes the smell is something to behold!!

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
People moaning about Semi Finals being at Wembley.
Well not people, but Bolton, Stoke and Citeh fans specifically.
Fooks sake. None of us are exactly overburdened with Wembley trips, its a great day out and who knows none of us may see Wembley again for another 10 years. Why the fuss? Its not Istanbul.
So the marathon is on and there'll be a bit of traffic. Boo bloody hoo. Leave early, stay down there overnight, use a coach, hire a minibus etc etc etc.
I can understand the general principal about only finals at Wembley, but seeing as we've all got there you'd think folk would be happy. But it seems they're only happy when singing "que sera sera" but now the reality of a modicum of inconvenience hits em its a bloody "logistical nightmare" and "too far". Mainly citeh fans moaning to be fair, but have read a few stokies are complaining too.
Sickens me it really does. Nobody is guaranteed to win, one team from each game will go home losers but at least they will have had their day out in the sun, not just another trip to St James' bloody park or sommat!
Bloody moaners the lot of em!

People who get "sickened" easily.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

!Il Pirate wrote:Feckin' pigeons. Let me embelish. The house next door is owned by an old woman, early 80's. As for minding her own and not being seen, she is the recluse's recluse. Despite living next to her for over 10 years, and her bad and rapidly declining health, she refuses to give us her phone number so we can call and check she's ok etc. Over the years, I have moaned to the council and social services. SS won't help her unless she asks for help herself! Her house is now falling to bits, her attic has been full of pigeons for years. But now, (and it's 4 storeys high) her top windows have gone and pigeons are everywhere, in the roofspace, lower attic on the extension and all through the upstairs floor. Despite many call outs from the police, with regard to tresspassers, they themselves can't get SS to do something; nothing ever happens. I've had the council out many times and they refuse to do anything. Until today. They tell me if I take out a private prosecution and take her to court re the pigeons, they will support my application.!!!??? Feckin' to**ers. Feckin council/pigeons have realy got me going today. (and I've been told if I shoot/poison/gas or net 'em, the council will prosecute me!)
Mmmmmmmm maybe later might be in bad taste my solution at this time!!

Ref Pirate's "pigeons", an old girl in our road -now sadly deceased as she was our Homewatch champion -was plagued with squirrels (of the grey, "watch me do sixteen clever tricks, walk up walls and then nick all the stuff from your bird feeders" variety). They got in her loft and it became over run with them. Eventually after much complaining to the council they sent somebody along and fumigated the lot. She then got complained about in return for murdering helpless animals. Just can't win with councils.

Sorry, the council killed the squirrels and then held a vigil for them outside her front door or something?

We have red one's down here TD. A 'protected species'. If you kill one of 'em and get caught, you're looking at a more severe sentence than if you'd shot the Queen. There's high wires over roads and special breeding areas for the buggers, but they still cause a riot in yer garden.

Bish for those of us who don't know owt about fashion or photoshopping (just me? ok then...) what am I looking at here?thebish wrote:preposterous fashion photoshopping...
Re: Today I'm angry about.....
top picture - look at the legs - they have shaved preposterous amounts from her inner thighs - if you trace the leg lines up to where they would meet - then either her fanny is between her breasts - or she has a foot-wide straight gap between her legs...BWFC_Insane wrote:Bish for those of us who don't know owt about fashion or photoshopping (just me? ok then...) what am I looking at here?thebish wrote:preposterous fashion photoshopping...
this si the same model in the white version of the garment - they haven't shopped her thighs - and so they look as they should...

second photo - they have made her impossibly thin - she is thinner than the width of her head - there would be no room for her internal organs in there!
here's the real model next to the shopped version...

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
The so-called "fashion industry" is the biggest rip-off, con in existence. Worst offenders are the " clebrities" and "pop stars" who turn up at award ceremonies unshaven and looking like they just fell off a rag cart, showing no respect for the occasion or the people who voted for them. But hey, it's "fashionable". Add to that the fashion designers and catwalk queens
"models" who design and parade ridiculous pantomime stuff that nobody ever wears anyway. Might as well throw in the Gok Wan's, Lawrence Llewellyn Bo-Diddlies and those nosey women who keep telling us our home interiors are out of "fashion". What a load of bollox. There, said it.
