Oh, quite so. Its just that we usually let the ink dry and don't change the characters.Lofthouse Lower wrote:Well if you've got different versions of yours, then why shouldn't we write multiple versions of ours??TANGODANCER wrote:They're re-writing the Jedi bible already?

It's only the interpretation...same character just a different actor.

I'd reply, but it's not angry so no real place here.Lofthouse Lower wrote:It's only the interpretation...same character just a different actor.

I stayed up till 3 or 4am downloading the 6 part rars.2399 wrote:This download is for Historical/Educational Purposes for my Son though.CrazyHorse wrote:Piracy is theft.2399 wrote:I've found Return of the Jedi Theatrical version for Download![]()
Plus I buy most of the stuff I download but it is no excuse.
It had problems and didn't unpack properly, but I did get a Sample video...
and it's the end scene with Lukes Fathers Ghost!!!
But I still need the movie (either from AVI or an old (pre 1997) Video) as my partner hates how in the new version when Jabba gets strangled in the palace it isn't all dark like it was in the original

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
I use a free thing called Rarfrog or something.
I found another 6 part rar and it worked, the movie is in two avi files.
I read that fan outcry helped George Lucas release the movies with the now one and the Theatrical release (limited edition in 2006). But people say it's Dodgy.
I'll probably be looking to find them for sale in the future.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Sorry, here's some anger for you. (I'll try.)
Stored programs on the box got wiped....and they gave us $5 in Compensation.
We had programs from when we first got it (first month all channels), two kids shows plus another from a free channel.
Partner asked for that (to get all channels for a month.). Bloody Indians living and working in India, they do their Jobs well.
New show I tape for my son is Caillou, for the first season the boy is voiced by a Woman. Then in the next season the shows intro changes and a few other things and another Woman Voices him. He sounds quite different.
I was very angry at this.
Partners Sister and partner went away for work as they always do.
They had this kinda Drug addicted Manic-y Anorexic-y woman who they have been trying to get to leave for ages there. (she goes to Adelaide when the rents due.)
They were moving out.
So they give her $750 for rent as it was to be due when they were away.
They get back and get a call "wheres our rent".
Housemate says she paid and it must of stuffed up.
(She spent it)
later on she pays half, now when asked for the rest she says she'll kill herself and it's all my partners Sisters fault.
I was instantly angered yelling by this, Then I changed and said it was Sisters partners fault as she should have realised not to trust her.
F***in some Sri Lankan National student worker drag raced in Dandenong, a 31 year old Father was turning right and got Slammed and Died.
Man goes to court, Get's Bail and is allowed to drive for work.
Even though it was mentioned an Indian who Killed while driving was bailed and now is free (at large) in India, using a friends passport to get out of Australia.
I should add: he was travelling at 120KMperhour in a 60 zone

Indian call centres are a whole new ball game!!! Poor scripts and dodgy connections.Lofthouse Lower wrote:I've never met an Indian person that I haven't got on with.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
There's this woman I used to know, kinda do now (not really). She thinks my family is Mega rich
She has a boy our Sons age.
She feeds him Frankfurts (not meant to) and he choked and had to go to hospital.
He is Lactose Intolerent. So she decideds to see what happens if he has milk... She gives him Yogo and guess what. He goes into anaphylactic shock and an Ambulance has to come.
Other stuff as well less bad but I gotta go

Can we get back to being made to feel angry by trivia ? All this heavy stuff makes me angry !
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Caroline Quentins India program. Bad beyond belief. Makes you feel like cutting your bloody ears off and pouring acid in your eyes.

Maybe this should be in the politics thread; but that smug cnut Osborne makes me very angry, walking around like he's about to announce he's going to do us all a favour, which we should be grateful for; whilst robbing us feckin' blind. Cnut.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
summat trivial for Bobo..
my photography magazine has the banner headline:
"secrets of photoshop revealed!"
now - unless I am missing some grand graphics software conspiracy - there are no "secrets of photoshop". I perused the article in bed last night - and have concluded that an accurate headline would have been:
"a couple of interesting ways to desaturate an image without losing all the contrast, using photoshop."
no "secrets" were revealed at all.
