Tomorrow night? To Liverpool, to do a gig at Studio 2.
Saturday night? To Hebden Bridge, to relax after a photoshoot.
Sunday night? To Manchester, to go a gig at Odder Bar opposite the BBC.
ahhh - Hebden Bridge - stayed there for first night of my honeymoon... many moons ago...

Of the hundred or so gigs I've played, it's the closest I've ever played to Bolton.Lord Kangana wrote:Is that your one man crusade to prove the climate-sceptics wrong?

Funny really. Not all that long ago Hebden Bridge was your typical Yorkshire village, quiet, nice in summer and the epitome of depression on a rainy day in winter. Not too far from Bronte country very Wuthering Heights. Now, apparently, it's the second utopia for the arty types and has the highest number of lesbians in the UK. When I lived in Todmorden, Hebden Bridge was like Sleepy Hollow. Not quite sure what happened?superjohnmcginlay wrote:Very strange place. Stay away.thebish wrote:

Isn't it bugger all tax on Guernsey if you stay there for a year?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Good luck with the job General. My daughter worked on Guernsey for a while. Pretty chilled placed which she enjoyed. Hope you do to.
