He can play in goal too. Scat-like, he is.

Good to see he played again, got half an hour and didn't concede, and more importantly didn't get injured! 8) It's also good to see Lescott not getting on ahead of him! Jack Wilshire had a cracking game as well. Now for SKD to pull his finger out and get back in the team

Chuckled to myself with each separate passing over of the armband to a new player that brave, brave John Terry must be getting royally pissed off - they'd rather give it the King Rat than him

Davies has not been in his best form of late but let's not forget he crushed Birmingham only the other week which is more than Agbloblawhore and Defoe have done all season long. To include Gabriel Agbonlahor who can't even get a start for Villa and Jermain Defoe who has had a woeful season starting about 3 games is simply baffling. Capello is a class A idiot, why is Green anywhere near the England squad, f@cuk up after f@ck up after f@ck up and he still gets in the team!

Green has been good recently and deserves it. Not first choice, though.

Agree with you there about Agbonlahor Defoe and Green.

Also how do Lescott and Gareth Barry always get in the squad-they're utter shite?

Surely Kevin Nolan and Shawcross have been on form. Why didn't they get a call up?

Never mind in the squad, Gazza's in the starting XI in the game against Ghana alongside Jagielka

Just came here to post that, let's hope that he has a decent performance.

Gareth Barry captain? Shows how many players are out!

According to MailOnline, our Gary will partner Jagielka at the heart of the defence. I will believe that when I see it.

"Capello confirmed Everton star Phil Jagielka will partner Bolton's Gary Cahill in central defence, with Leighton Baines occupying the left-back berth.

My dad reckons that Capello has said he's going to try to protect the clubs by not using their players so much.

I'm not sure how we fit into this, what with one of our players playing.

Said he'd make XI changes apparently. I'm still convinced he'll find a way to pick Lescott over him. Hope not though.

Give him a token 5 minute run out, let us have him for our games! I don't give a f*ck now, BWFC is far more important
