I caught the last 45 minutes of Perfume on BBC2 the other night. I thought it looked fantastic.
Has anyone seen the full film, and is it worth me buying it to watch the full thing?

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Yes and yes and buy the book.
Top film and one of the ones I thought to be unfilm-able, but it's great. 100%.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
i watched this really sweet film called The Band's Visit - in Hebrew, Arabic and English - which was full of sentimental good intentions but moved at a truly stately pace and never really made its mark.
An Egyptian band, due to play at an Arab Cultural Festival in Israel, finds itself in the wrong town, with nowhere to stay and no one to play to... will they will find succour from the Israeli inhabitants?
Nice premise. Not bad movie. Not good either.

This might confuse some of you but I will be watching an AFL (http://www.afl.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) match between Carlton and Collingwood... Going to a great match, don't mind who wins as I'm a Bombers supporter and hate both of them..
BTW I saw someone with a Bolton top at an AFL game not to long ago..

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious that that.

I'm watching that as well,
I think Channel 7 are idiots for always wanting Better Homes & Gardens at 7:30pm.
I'm hoping for a third draw for either tonight or anywhere this round.

Sydney Get a goal I'm going to try and record it...na insufficient space.
Match with a min left is over as Sydney are a goal and a point ahead
