I've now got to go half way to England (slight exaggeration) to pick it up even though I left a note on my letter box saying I was expecting it and just to shove the envelope through (my reasoning being that even though a special delivery requires a signature, the lack of one certainly hasn't prevented the Royal Mail from delivering such things previously).

Ah well, the long walk past the sewage works on a sunny Saturday will do me the power of good.

If you'e going to the Bolton one near Total Fitness give yourself plenty of time they take an eternity to deal with customers.

Bleedin Reebok sorting office shuts at 1.30pm now, as I found out to my cost on Friday afternoon. Arrived there at 7.55 am yesterday to find a small queue forming and by the time I got mine, they were 12 deep and the car park was getting hammered out.

Still, Wembley tickets in hand, coach tickets in hand. Sorted

I imagine they'll come tomorrow before 1 with yesterday being the last day they were on sale (I think?), if not get onto the phone to the club and tell them.

Got in touch with the office earlier only to be told that tickets are sent out in batches and the £5.25 special delivery doesn't guarantee next day. In other words they have held tickets until the last day of sale and sent them all in together.

I'd at least question them on that. Special delivery guarantees to deliver by 1-0'clock next working day,(that's why you're paying £5+ for a 50p item) only expception being you can have it deliverd by 9am if you pay more.

I think they meant it doesn't guarantee they (bwfc/ticketmaster) will post them out next working day. So when they decide to post them out then i will get them next say if that makes sense .

I got told that the special delivery is for tracking your ticket and making you sign for it, to guarantee YOU get your tickets, rather than actually for the next day delivery guarantee. So, the club/ticketmaster will know where our tickets are and none can "disappear"...
