Apparently (on that webpage) we only beat West Ham 2-0. When can these people do their jobs properly?!

Another word...Jussi will over take Lofthouse in terms of number of Wanderers appearances if he plays on Sunday.

Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
i think he'll be on the bench. i think the midfield will start the same as against west ham and klasnic will replace sturridge.

Klasnic is a lot better as an impact sub.
If he starts, plays 60 mins and doesn't score, then we won't have a plan B.

Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
mavies is also an impact sub. doesn't really last the 90 minutes even when fully fit.t_o_molloy wrote:Klasnic is a lot better as an impact sub.

unless coyle is confident he can then i don't see many alternatives.
Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
For me it's go with Rodrigo in place of Sturridge keep Klasnic in case we are looking for a goal later on, he never lasts 90 mins.
Centre half is still a toss up, who ever misses out,Knight or Wheater can consider themselves unlucky not to be starting.
Mavis on the bench if fit.

Personally I think if he's properly fit Coyle will start Mark Davies and play Elmander up front. That way Klasnic can be used to replace M Davies at some point with Elmander dropping back.

I hope so.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

It's almost a banker bet if it's close near the end.officer_dibble wrote:Klasnic as the impact sub whatever the team.
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?
Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
If Mavies is out still, I'd start Elmander in CM and maybe Rodrigo up front with Davies. Like you say, Klasnic can't last the 90 and is an impact sub.
Re: FA Cup Semi Final - Wembley
Lawro also reckons Everton are trying to overhaul Liverpool for sixth place and a Europa League spot tho sooooo.....
