No, but those who have been shit for a while are still shit and still need replacing.

Well, we can to an extent - 15 months ago the team improved a lot without major overhaul - but I get your point

Not sure, amigo, haven't seen as much of him. Tell thee what though, his grandad Bill could write... More to the point, Alonso's probably got that position next season (and if not, Robbo returns) - it's not the priority position at all

Nor can we do it when every post (to quote one poster) about Bolton contains the word "shit"

Interesting about his granddad.....

Our Leeds branch sponsored Walker when he was a Sheff Utd player, and some colleagues from there benefitted from freebies every now and then from the lad - and still do - and they love him. I've only seen him once but on that occasion he was at least seven hundred times better than Glen Johnson so I'm well behind that signing.

Naughton is a rightie, though has played left too. As for Walker, he'll be Spurs first choice RB next year, so no chance there. I wish though.

IS Naughton realsitic?
I thought he was good when he played at our place earlier this season. Would snap their hands off...if we are talking spurs full backs I'f of thought yon ginger lad (name escapes) who has been in the stiffs mostly, but scored a few when he has played including one against us I think, is more likely?

Again Steinsson, be happy to see him replaced. He f*cks me off when he back peddles. All chest beating and doesn't back it up on the pitch. Cannot believe he kept Bale quiet!

Arsenal are unbeaten in the league in 2011, the only club to be so. And are on a 16 match unbeaten league run.

Good time to beat them and end that run then!!!!!!!!

According to BN, Sturridge, Mark Davies and Taylor are in, Elmander, Petrov and Klasnic are out!

Bet Elmander's deighted if that's true. Asked to play out of position, got nothing in the way of support and then dropped. That'll make him want to stay, I'll bet.

Seems harsh to me to. But we know Sturridge comes back in. We know LCY will play.

Elmander does not do great out wide.

So where does he play him? Leave Davies out? For me thats worth thinking about.

I already suggested he'd work harder than Petrov out left. At least Robinson would get some support and a positive outlet instead of football ping-pong.

Agreed and can cut inside onto his right foot. He is not afraid to shoot.

It is harsh on Johan, but Lee and Sturridge are definates, Taylor has waited a while for his chance and Coyle is seemingly convinced that if we play for a second without Kevin Davies, the club will implode upon itself (unless we're against West Ham, in which case the club could well implode on itself, and we'd still pick up three points).

Meh, maybe he's better being rested.

Is he that good/ready? Genuine question, haven't seen much of him?
