Just watched the latest (last?) episode of 'Rock and Chips' the 'Only fools and horses' spin off followed by an episode of 'The thin blue line' with brother and hubby. I love 'the thin blue line', it cracks me up every time and i enjoyed 'Rock and Chips' too though 'Only Fools' is normally more hubbys thing then mine...

I've series-linked by way of the ad's for it looking pretty good, so nay spoilers please, chaps. I haven't watched the first one yet.
Bruce spoiler alert, I'll write it in white!

Im still really enjoying it I think Simm is a top actor and some of the dialogue in this is great. My only worry is that the big secret will end up being nothing much really, like that Metzler bloke will have just been ripping old women off or something rubbish like that. Hope not!

I put on Fox News and there was a low speed car chase, which I recorded.

Today I got from Mr.Ca$hman three dvds for $10:
Cop Out Starring Bruce Willis & Tracy Morgan
Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
Terminator 3.

I want to go back tommorow

Thanks P.O.S. for not spoiling it. I can't quote you without seeing your whitened text in grey, so hopefully you'll pick this up.
Just watched the first one (Sunday's) and on that performance it's even better than I'd hoped.

Watched the film Before the Rains too. Expected it to be just a slush-fest, forbidden love thang at first given the opening half hour, which is actually it's centre pin, but a very decent film breaks out; more to do with attitudes and culture clashes during the Raj. Three stars out of five - worth watching.
May the bridges I burn light your way

now there is 2 hours to go and I am winning....
I can't retract my bid!
I'm going to waste my spending money.

Just borrowed the dvd boxed set of 'The Wire' from my lad. He rates it as the best cop show ever. Any opinions?

I seriously do.
I remember as a young child sitting up on a Saturday Night with my Dad watching it.

I saw a single Set in a Bookshop years ago for $35 and wanted to get it, but missed the Opportunity.

It's on Cable Channel UKTV here now, but I'm only on a basic rip off package.

Plus it'd be good to have the theme song :D :?

Ended up watching Monday's last night, too, so will watch the final part tonight. Absolutely agree re; Simm. Very accomplished.

My only problem is, when I'm watching something that's been filmed in an area that I know I end up thinking things like 'If they've just left The Grant how come they're walking back towards it?'.

Hate myself for it I do!

am gonna catch up with this having heard great reviews everywhere I've been - including a friend of mine who is an Oldham fan who was thrilled that he took his dad to see the Latics!

(Simm is good in just about everything he does)
