Megson Watch

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

From the Wednesday fan in the office
Nearly all the performances since he has been in charge are some of the worst I have ever seen at Hillsborough (including those under Alan Irvine) so I can't even imagine how bad it was if that was the worst he's seen.

Maybe time for the ginger one to remember silence can sometimes be very golden. He's a one-man Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Megson has done his usual trick at Wednesday. They have a really bad run playing crap football then have two wins on the bounce. The fans think they have turned the corner and will start playing better football again. Go another 8 matches without winning playing horrible football. Repeat ad infinitum.

He just does enough to keep the majority of fans off his back.

Be careful TKIZ, there are people who actually believe that. Perhaps insert a smiley?

Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

He bought good players for us. Not much more I can say - saved us from going down, perhaps too.

He bought some very good players for us and he bought some good players at the full (Or above) market value. He also signed some crap.

Saying that he just had no idea how to coach them or to get the best of them tactically.

Interesting that Alan Irvine won it this season already. Wonder what he's up to these days/
