Bet they were pissed when they found out it was that you could count your age by tapping the floor with your feet.CrazyHorse wrote:I think they just wanted to find out where the nickname horse came from.

I didn't introduce them! I have done nothing but listen to him. I didn't encourage him, in fact i told him it didnt seem worth pursuing and for all I know she may be 16 by now (though have to say the underage thing didn't occur to me at the time, not sure why else I would have discouraged him more) 4/5 years age gap would be nothing in a few years time and for all we know they could be soulmates destined to be together forever!seanworth wrote:Tell him to sneak on the school grounds during recess or playtime whatever you call it and confront her. Or maybe he can get some tips from Gary Glitter.
Seriously though, the girl is 15 years old and he's 20. It sounds like he has issues, so how can you even concider condoning this. Most likely the girl is a normal 15 yr old girl, so why try to potentially screw her up by promoting a relationship with a 20 yr old that isn't entirely normal. What happens if it f#cks up. What happens if he gets his feelings mixed up and rapes her, won't you be sharing some legal responsibility by introducing an adult to a minor. Isn't being a 15 yr old girl tough enough in this day and age.

I didn't say you did I said how could you even consider. I agree that a 4/5 gap is nothing in a few years time, BUT that is NOT the case right now. Stay clear of it is my advice. If she is underage, and something happens you might be liable.Gooner Girl wrote:I didn't introduce them! I have done nothing but listen to him. The odds are shortening on an "incident" by the hour.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

He's not going to fecking rape her! Too many folk watching crimewatch. He might, however, spectacularly embarrass himself. That's not fun. Again, so I've heard.

Just because they're underage doesn't mean something will automatically go on, SEX-WISE.thebish wrote:it may be unwise - but GG would not be "liable" - get a grip!seanworth wrote:

Re: Teenage angst....
Sorry maybe I used an extreme example. Still think you have to be mad and irresponsible for an adult to be introducing a 20 yr old to a 15 yr old girl.

I don't think GG is suggesting an introduction - they already know each other - she is suggesting finding out what the girl thinks... still not really something I'd want to get involved in - but not really that big a deal...
the real point is - he should talk to her himself if he wants to find out how she feels.

Quite, not often LL and i agree on something but he has a good point. Might well be on his mind but that doesn't mean he'll get any!Lofthouse Lower wrote:Just because they're underage doesn't mean something will automatically go on, SEX-WISE.thebish wrote:it may be unwise - but GG would not be "liable" - get a grip!seanworth wrote:

No, i wasn't planning on introducing them, they know each other anyway, nothing to do with me. It wasn't even ME who suggested talking to her - he's asked me to, and i said yes but wish i had said no now.thebish wrote:seanworth wrote:Sorry maybe I used an extreme example.
