Do they have anyone worth loaning, though?
Mind, on the other hand Benitez signed most of them so maybe not.

I'd be devastated with David NGog
"Anything else you'd like? How about real lead in the radiation shields? Urinal cakes, maybe?"
Re: Boltons next top striker?
I wouldn't. I don't think he's acquitted himself any worse than Sturridge did in his Chelsea appearances.
I'd be happy enough to see him here. He'd actually be one of the better young strikers we can bring in on loan IMO.

Re: Boltons next top striker?
Forget about getting a striker in. A new badge and anthem are the more pressing issues. Get those sorted, and then think about little things like signing strikers and winning games of football.

Mame Biram Diouf ?
Re: Boltons next top striker?
He is an handful but I don't think he is a great player. Certainly not good enough for The Filth or us.meehan95 wrote:Mame Biram Diouf ?
Diouf is 23 years old now so should be showing more than just potential.

Diouf has been absolute shite at Ewood. He isn't about to morph into a goodun anytime soon.boltonboris wrote:malcd1 wrote:He is an handful but I don't think he is a great player. Certainly not good enough for The Filth or us.meehan95 wrote:Mame Biram Diouf ?

I'll guarantee that our next top striker won't be someone who scored 12 in the prem this year and comes on a free transfer.

It would appear no-one else in the Premier League will be making a deal of that nature either.
You have to at least ask why? Don't you?

Point well made LK.
Though in our case I would have thought "better the devil you know" - obviously Coyle doesn't agree and wants to move on. (or he couldn't meet Elmander's demands).
