Live flight radar

Post by P.O.S. » Thu May 26, 2011 10:17 pm

Ive been looking at this site for a while now - strangely addictive!

Live radar coverage of pretty much anywhere in the world (civil flights only, mind). You can click on anything flying and it will tell you what it is, where its from, where its going, how fast etc. Interesting to see how busy certain areas are.

Be warned though, zooming out to see a whole continent is a serious test of your machine's capabilities!

Great fun that, use it when partners dad comes over from Australia.

Also got her a airwave radio thing for her birthday and she has that one and can hear and see where the plane is above us...she's a bit of an aeroplane nut but hates flying :)
My dog (proper 57) had his anal glands emptied once and yes the smell is something to behold!!

Same with mine, but she likes flying.
