In Manc you can just turn up on the day, but I'd book in case.

JJ has also confirmed using the same medium.
Exciting times for this competition, gutted that it's in Bindipper land.
Campo seems aware of how highly we think of him via the social networking site as does JJ

Pfffft.

I noticed that too, surely if they were playing the club would be banging on about it!LiOC wrote:Update on the official site. Jay jay and campo not mentioned but coyle is playing:

Those two twitter accounts for Jay Jay and Campo that conveniently appeared seem all the more doubtful now

Re: Masters 2011
It could've been an elaborate plot by the event organisers to try and maximise ticket sales..
There's probablty a couple of 'Legends' of other teams that have suddenly created a dubious twitter profile.. Then tweeted "Masterssssss!"
As both Campo and Jay Jay 'did'

Re: Masters 2011
I've just got tickets for five of us, should be a larf, and it'll be great to see Okocha and Campo again thats if they are playing. Who knew that Tranmere had legends? The only Tranmere legends that I know about are Half Man Half biscuit and Elton Welsby!

Okocha and Campo both not playing- I think we kind of got that impression by the fact the club weren't promoting it though.
Also puts to bed the rumours that their twitter accounts are real- although to me, it was quite obvious that both were fake- nots ure why anyone believed differently.

True. Although the fact an African and a Spaniard were writing perfect English and using acronyms like coyw was more likely the give-away.Lofthouse Lower wrote:That's just cos you're super-awesome

Both of whom spent many years over here....not un/infeasable
Re: Masters 2011
If Okocha does play the Masters then great, if he doesn't then it ain't no great shakes as we got to the final last year and they had to rely on the ref to bail Tranmere out. We've got to the final before and we'll do it again
Pfffft.

Oh I dunno, some folk actually repeat stuff they read on twitter as though it means somethingjimbo_bwfc wrote:Okocha and Campo both not playing- I think we kind of got that impression by the fact the club weren't promoting it though.
