Remember talking on here about Mike Forde, his job sounded like a dream - to go round the world looking to learn to improve the club. Hard not to notice how Forde and this Fleig bloke are now top dogs at Chelsea and City while the man himself's stock has fallen so far he has to take the West Ham job :D

Was a good read that. I did a similar thing in my company in discovering the data side of what we could do. What love to try applying it in football or basketball, would indeed be the dream job.
