Re: What are you watching tonight?
the tv show. found it was chore to watch the first 3 or 4, but then it started growing on me and by about eps 8 or 9, i had to watch pretty much the rest back to back. onto season 2 now.
as a side note, we just watched 'Man Bites Dog' (french, subtitled, yadda yadda) interesting...

Have you watched Funny Games (not the remake)?

Probably wise to watch Series 1 first though, there's a lot of overlap
This. Girlf has started watching series two without the first one and there are lots of sideplots that make no sense. The entire thing is brilliantly ridiculous though. The best comparison I can think of is '24'. They are utterly different programmes, but they have that 'this is ridiculous. Fecking ridiculous. Mind blowingly ridiculous, but so so much fun' thing.

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Watching a bit of some Baseball in the morning, but will have to go out before Midday.
Last night I downloaded over 3GB of WCW Monday Nitro.
The Whole of Nitro, 1995-2001 is 90 odd GB.
At the moment We can only DL 20GB a month so it will take quite a while.
______________
Last night Partner watched Big Fat Gypsy Wedding; I thought it was going to be in Eastern Europe, but it was in England & Ireland!
A young kid was drinking fake Champagne, and hanging out of a Limo; I thought he was going to fall out.

Prefer some of the Korean stuff, like Oldboy, Audition, Battle Royale.

Aye, but they're a bit tame now.

just finished watching The Shadow Line - five episodes in two days. Glad i went to the trouble - cracking drama. Rafe Spall as Jay Wratten - menacing as hell and hilarious with it

Re: What are you watching tonight?
A guy at work has lent me a Korean film called Memories of a Murder. Twice I've tried to watch it and twice I've given up.
May the bridges I burn light your way

Re: What are you watching tonight?
Got the Onslow DVD but had to hide it until at least next Thursday.
Went to another ABC Store and put three items on hold:
2 Doctor whos and Beat the Geek Red Dwarf, for my partner but she said they are S**t.
My friend borrowed Terminator Salvation off me and has said it is very awful.
Yesterday I bought two dvds: an AFL Goals DVD and Cats The Musical.
Tonight the third part of 'Go back to where you came from' is on, it will be on so I'll have to see some of it;
But after that I'll hopefully watch some Baseball Tonight and Impact W.
With regards to myself making Monday Nitro DVDs;
I'm not sure to have two episodes with music/moving menus;
Or I can probably fit three on 1 disc using a program without moving menus

Watched an Australian one the other day that was great, about a family who kidnap a lad near a prom and the girl is a lunatic - recommended
