Re: Zat Knight gets clever
No.Every game I’ve been selected I have played 90 minutes, so it shows the manager and his staff have got trust in me
It shows that we have no other fecking choice, you lump
edit - feck, Bruce stole my thunder on that. But it's a pretty stand-out point!

He did
We look miles better, then
Maybe against Everton
I quite like Knight but his heading, running, tackling and kicking are shite

Ayee, got stretched off during the 2-0 win against Everton iirc. It was a cracking tackle though! (no pun intended)

Re: Zat Knight gets clever
He's definitely angling for something. To declare his availability to play when we only have two (other) centre halves is pretty redundant. I for one won't sleep until Wheater makes a similar declaration so we can at least field two.
Personally, I like Zat I thought he was good when Cahill was out last time. We play a high line and aggressively counter attack and late in games we can get caught out. Usually because Cahill is charging upfield.

What could've happened; did.

Bolton defender ready to open contract talks
Published 23:00 03/07/11 By Alan Nixon
Zat Knight is ready to open talks with Bolton about a new contract – with his old deal going into its final year.
Giant centre-half Knight has been a regular under Owen Coyle and will be happy to extend his stay at the Wanderers if the terms are right.

Caps forgot his 'knowing where to stand'. That's shit too.
