Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Your shorts have to be skin tight for track and field. You don't see Phillips Idowu triple jumping in his tracky bottoms do you?! Granted, the standard at the Sussex County Champs is not QUITE as high as the Olympic Games but even so... ;)

Ah, the ere enders. Norton Dominators, Triumph Bonnevilles and BSA Road Rockets were ruling the roost and the newest modern thing we had was the tinny Ariel Leader, then along came MV Augusta and Ducati followed by the Jap Hondas etc, and our reign as kings was over.

Unfortunately rightfully so, TANGO. When the Hondas began arriving in this country by the boat load they made the existing designs look like something cobbled up by some back-yard chump with a dodgy MIG welder. The existing mob, for reasons unknown but probably financial, didn't even seem to try to compete and thus just faded away. Another industry lost to 'them furriners'.

That's OK I am not even going to like it.

I'm hopefully going to be happy later, as I'm in the process of trying to make a video disc of a thing for a friend.
It goes for 167 minutes, and the most Windows DVD maker let's you do is 150 mins.

I've download 5 or so diferent burning programs and none have worked.
I'm trying a thing called DVDstyler.

as it was burning the com went into standby mode, I put it back on and it kept burning!

So hopefully in some hours I post here that I am happy with this topic.

IT BLOODY WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only downside is that there is no menu audio.

First issue of our magazine out since I joined it.

Egotistical, yes, but it's a great feeling seeing my name on the bylines again.
